Room rate:
Single occupancy: 110 EUR/night, incl. breakfast, EXCLUDING city tax

CITY TAX: Euro 3,60 per person per night, payable at the hotel upon check-in

Room reservations will be made for you based on the information provided via the registration form. Rooms will be pre-paid by 27Names (excluding city tax as mentioned above).

Wednesday, November 25th: full-day meeting including agency presentations, workshops, and networking
Thursday, November 26th: full-day of attending live presentations in front of the jury

Friday, November 27th: Bea World content program and Awards Ceremony
